COIMBATORE: In a heartwarming display of community service, youth in Coimbatore have united to form the "Athiyayam Charitable Trust" with the aim of focusing on social welfare activities and providing enhanced services to the community.
Established with a focus on medicine, education, and social welfare, the trust held its inaugural social service event at the Star Special Children Care and Rehabilitation Center located in Singanallur.
The event was presided over by the Trust's Founder, Mr. Rajasekar, with Managing Trustees Mr. Nagaraj and Mr. Raj Mohan leading the proceedings. During the event, the administrators of Athiyayam Trust donated essential supplies required for the special school and rehabilitation center. Following the donation, lunch was served to everyone present.
"While underprivileged families receive various forms of assistance through NGOs, access to medical aid for everyone remains a significant challenge. Therefore, our trust has decided to place extra emphasis on providing medical assistance."
The event was attended by the Trust's Treasurer Mr. Hadley, along with Trustees Mr. Karthik, Mr. Venkatesh, and Mr. Sathishkumar.
